The great thing about our workouts is that you exercise on the equipment you have available. Your preferences are taken into account when the workouts are created.

I'm not a member of a gym.

You don't have to be a member of a gym or have much equipment to follow our fitness workouts. Your own body weight can be used to offer resistance or you can use common household objects.

I've got a new piece of equipment.

You can add new equipment to your profile or remove equipment that you don't like. Simply update your profile and future workouts will reflect your new equipment list.

My availability has changed.

Regardless of whether you can do more or less sessions each week you can update your profile and change your availability in seconds. You simply declare the days on which you can train and the time you have available.
